Returns & Exchanges

At L Jacó, every product is handcrafted and produced on demand, following strict quality and finishing standards. Because of this production model and the nature of international shipping, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All L Jacó products are made to order. Production begins only after payment confirmation, according to the selected model, size, materials, and finishes.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Size selection issues
  • Style or preference changes
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all product descriptions, size guides, measurements, and images before completing your purchase.

International Orders

All international sales are considered final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • Refunds are not issued once the product has entered production or has been shipped.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • L Jacó has no control over customs authorities and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

Shipping Issues and Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • L Jacó is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • L Jacó is not responsible for packages held, lost, or seized by customs authorities.
  • L Jacó is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue.

Each case will be individually reviewed. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, L Jacó will evaluate the most appropriate solution according to the situation.
